Cajun Stitchery custom embroidery located in Pensacola FL.  Ooolala, this is our 2012 Mystic Krewe of Nereids design.  The girls love the mylar film hair.  This design is 11 inches wide and about 10 inches tall. 

I need to embroider some more towels this week.  A couple of my girls are having birthdays.  I use the same mermaid each time but the background applique changes.  Hmmm.  Have a great Memorial Day everyone:>)

Finally, I get to give these pillowcases to the birthday girl tonight.  Her birthday was in August but I haven’t seen her in awhile.  Our krewe meeting is tonight and I hope she is there.  I love the design and can’t wait for her to open this gift.

There are times when, even as I approach 60 years old, I just love being a girl.  I love sparkles, glitter, bling, sequins, rhinestones, feathers, fur, silk, satin, and lace.  I love to paint my fingernails and splash on some wonderful smelling perfume.  I love long hot bubble baths.  I love a soft breeze on a summer evening, sitting on the deck with the man I love and a glass of wine while gazing at the stars above.  I love to dance.  I love to laugh.  And I love to sew and create.
